SavePage.io ("we", "us", "our") operates the savepage.io website and the SavePage.io API. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is used to authenticate API requests, send account-related notifications, and provide customer support.

API Usage Data

When you make API requests, we log the following: the requested URL, viewport dimensions, output format, timestamp, and your API key identifier. This data is used for rate limiting, usage analytics, and debugging.

Screenshots

Screenshots captured through the API are stored temporarily on our CDN. Free plan screenshots are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Pro plan screenshots are deleted after 30 days. Enterprise plans can configure custom retention periods.

Website Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the savepage.io website. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the screenshot API service
• To authenticate and authorize API requests

What We Do Not Do

Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for 90 days. Screenshots are retained according to your plan (24 hours for Free, 30 days for Pro, custom for Enterprise). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Data Security

All API communication is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Screenshots are stored in encrypted object storage. API keys are hashed before storage. We follow industry-standard security practices for infrastructure management.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SavePage.io:

• Cloud hosting provider for API servers and rendering infrastructure
• CDN provider for screenshot delivery
• Email provider for transactional emails
• Payment processor for paid plans

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
